Property Description
Here is your chance to stay in a truly special part of the world! Timber Point Farm is an unspoiled, working farm with the farmers living in an attached apartment. The land surrounding the house has been included in the Little River Division of the Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge and a small portion of the trail is open to foot traffic, from sunrise to sunset. The house has the charm of a family retreat complete with acres of fields to walk, rocky coastlines to explore as well as private access to a public beach. The house has 4 bedrooms. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with full size beds as well as a 3/4 bathroom. On the second floor there is one bedroom with 2 twins that can be combined as a king and another room with a full size bed and a twin. The 2nd floor also has a powder room. A short walk from the house there is a barn that can be used for games and such but there are not proper sleeping or bathroom quarters in the space. The price on the website includes the 10% service fee and the cleaning fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $250.00.
