Property Description
New for 2025! This adorable cottage located in Granite Point is a short walk to private beaches, the kayak launch, or the Timber Point trails. Nestled in the woods on a private road, you can enjoy your Maine vacation, and all this area has to offer. Timber Point Cottage has a history with our other property, Timber Point Farm. It was used as a guest cottage for the farms guests. Park in the parking area under a large tree, walk up the stoned path and enter the living and kitchen. You immediately feel at home. This home is loved and taken care of, and it shows. Off the kitchen is a bathroom with a tub, and down the hall is the first-floor bedroom. This room has two bunkbeds in it. Double beds on the bottom and twins on top. A perfect spot for kids (or kids at heart) to sleep. As you go up the painted stairs you notice a window seat that beckons you to sit and enjoy a good book or the view of the side yard. Upstairs to the left is a walk-in closet and washer/dryer and to the left is the oversized bedroom with a king bed. There is also a full bathroom on this floor. It also has an outdoor shower to rinse off, a gas grill to meet your family's needs, and AC throughout the home. This home is cute, comfortable, and charming. A lovely home away from home. The price includes the 10% Service Fee and the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $250.00. This home is also available for winter rentals, $2900 a month, everything included.
