Property Description

Just 60 yards from the beach, this very comfortable home sits up on a knoll with views from almost every room. The front of the house has a large deck which leads to a living area with wide pine floors. The deck wraps around the side of the house to the enclosed outdoor shower. The grounds are attractively landscaped with colorful flowers. Inside, the downstairs has a charming cottage feel. The primary bedroom is downstairs, upstairs is an open room with a twin and a double bed on one side and a second double bed on the other. It comfortably sleeps 6, but only has two private bedrooms. Both bathrooms are on the first floor. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $225.00 per week.
