Property Description
A home to six generations would like to welcome you to Biddeford Pool. Fairhaven dates from the mid 1800's and is furnished throughout with antiques, crafts, and memorabilia, as well as providing modern comforts. Whether you have a large or small group, this home offers families privacy in their own space. The second floor of the main house hosts a primary bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen tv, a second bedroom with queen bed, and a third bedroom with full bed. The first floor offers a private bedroom with a full bed and bath. The "Barn" offers a large bunk room with 2 single beds and a set of bunks, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen tv. Fairhaven provides something for everyone with a formal dining room and parlor, a cozy rustic family room with a smart tv, an "Aft Deck Pub Bar" complete with nautical memorabilia. It also offers a newer eat in kitchen with everything needed for cooking lobsters, steamers, and mussels (except the cook😄) The home offers a gas grill, charcoal grill, outside shower, large screened porch and large deck with views of the sunset over the back bay of the Atlantic Ocean. Fairhaven is conveniently located. Take a short walk to the sandy beach to play in the tidal pools and climb the rocks, or take a walk to the village store and restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner or to pick up steaks and lobster to cook at home. Enjoy a gracious home equipped for entertaining and fun for everyone. We can't wait to welcome you to our dear Fairhaven, a one of a kind "Gem" in Biddeford Pool. The price includes the 10% Service Fee and the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $250.00.
