Property Description
Spectacular setting on the rocks with the ocean to the east, south, and west. The cottage is quintessentially “Maine,” understated, cozy, and comfortable, with a deck wrapping around three sides. Bring your binoculars; it’s a perfect site for watching shore birds and other aquatic life. Four-minute walk to a secluded beach. The living room, dining area, and kitchen have an open floor plan with huge windows overlooking the rocky shore and small islands. The two bedrooms have a bathroom in between, the king bed in bedroom one can be changed to two twins if needed. Internet, WiFi, and washer/dryer bring conveniences to your fingertips while the ocean is at your feet. Property has an electric grill. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks will be discounted by $125.00 per week.
