New for 2025, this beautiful 4-bedroom home located a short walk to Goose Rocks Beach and the Tides Beach Club, in Kennebunkport. This magnificent home is located on a quiet street just a two-minute walk from the beach. After a day at Goose Rocks Beach, walk down the street to this home and enter into the cute mudroom. To the left is a beautiful open concept living and kitchen area. Off the kitchen area is a hallway with two of the downstairs bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with a trundle bed, and next to that bedroom is another with two twin beds in it, perfect for kids. At the end of the hallway is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Upstairs is the master suite, it has a king bed, views of the water, the neighborhood, and a large master bathroom. The master bathroom consists of two rooms. One room has the large walk-in shower, a deep soaking tub, and toilet, the other room has sinks and mirrors to get ready in. The master suite also has a balcony, sit and enjoy the views. Across the hall is another bedroom with a queen bed and nearby another bathroom with walk-in shower. At the top of the stairs is an open office area that has a Murphy bed, it can double as an extra sleeping area if needed. This home is beautifully decorated and feels so comfortable.
