Situated directly on the beach, this home is a wonderful vacation rental opportunity for you and your family. This home has views of both the ocean and Biddeford Pool from most of the house. The main floor has the living room, kitchen and a full bathroom. Walk out of the first floor onto the porch and down the steps to the sandy beach where you can enjoy the day. The second floor has the bedrooms. The blue room has a queen bed, the green bedroom has a queen and two twin beds, and the middle room has a double bed. All rooms have views of the water. The second floor also had a 3/4 bathroom. There is also a 3/4 bathroom located in the basement area. Enjoy your day on the beach, walk up the steps and rinse off in the homes outdoor shower, and then have a lovely meal enjoying the sunset. A perfect Maine day. This home is available for only a few weeks this summer, get it while you can. The price includes the 10% service fee and the cost of cleaning. Each additional week rented will be discounted by $375.
