Property Description
A sun-filled home designed as a comfortable oasis for your vacation. Enjoy views and cool ocean breezes, light the gorgeous stone fire pit after sunset. Surf, swim, or relax on Fortunes Rocks beach which is only a short stroll away. This house has a large kitchen and dining area which is open to a family room. Also on the first floor is a sun room, den, and half bathroom. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor, one of which is a primary bedroom with attached full bathroom. There is a full bathroom off the hall for the other bedroom. The washer and dryer are also on this level. On the third floor are 2 additional bedrooms that share a 3/4 bath off the hall. Above the garage is a guest studio with 2 double beds and a 3/4 bath. This area has A/C, a TV with streaming capability, a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The price includes the cost of cleaning as well as the 10% Service Fee. Any additional weeks rented will be discounted by $450.00 per week.
